Job Scope:

As a HR Business Partner, you will be working with an experienced team to support the client's workforce initiatives.

You will:

  • Partner with divisions leaders to understand their manpower needs and provide practical HR solutions
  • Coordinate end-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of interns and ensuring payment of their monthly allowance
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Assist with adhoc HR projects and review of HR processes when they arise

Job Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and has good understanding of HR analytics
  • A Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities

Location: Scotts Road

Contract Period: 6 months

Salary: $20 to $22/hour

Mondays to Fridays office hours
