Job description
    The HR SSC Knowledge Content Specialist, reporting to the HR Shared Services Supervisors, is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring regional knowledge management aligned with the HR Shared Service Center's objectives and the BMC Helix platform's functionality. In this role, you will oversee the creation, curation, and quality assurance of centralized content to ensure accuracy, currency, and accessibility. Your focus will be on enhancing the user experience of knowledge content in the regional library to support centralized HR operations effectively.Your essential functions will include developing and implementing the knowledge management strategy locally, ensuring it promotes service excellence and efficient knowledge sharing. You will provide ongoing support and guidance to content contributors, stay informed of system updates and changes within IPG to develop new content or modify existing content. Additionally, you will oversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of HR knowledge content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and accessibility to the intended audience.You will document and communicate localized standards and guidelines for knowledge content quality, regularly audit content for accuracy and relevance, and work on enhancing the user experience with the knowledge base. Collaboration with management and the Service Excellence team will be crucial to integrating regional knowledge with the BMC Helix platform. Your feedback and insights will inform the development of new features and improvements, and you will enforce governance policies for knowledge content creation, approval, and archiving to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years of hands-on experience with HCM and service management platforms, familiarity with content management tools, and a strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to create and coach others on creating clear and concise content. Attention to detail, commitment to content accuracy, and the ability to establish and enforce content quality guidelines are essential. Experience in user experience design, training program development, and providing effective support and guidance to content contributors will be beneficial. Strong working knowledge of Workday and BMC Helix platforms, software, applications, and content management tools is required for this role.,
