Our STOVE is a next-generation C2C (Consumer to Consumer) Social entertainment platform. With STOVE, users can easily and conveniently create specific content from their very own imagination which can be shared, communicated with other global users. Developers and publishers can also introduce, operate, and improve their own content with other users around the world. Through STOVE, we will continue to provide participation and distribution of new content previously unavailable to users and CP (Contents Provider), as well as a communication ecosystem and paradigm. Our Stove seeks to promote development of the platform by hiring excellent front-end developers that specialized in Vue.js, and wants to hire excellent team leader.

What the role involves:
  • Identify, map and engage with top talent in the IT industry in Vietnam, in order to develop a pipeline of key future talent.
  • Own and manage the full end-to-end lifecycle recruitment process and maintains our future candidates’ pipeline with high touch and frequent communication.
  • Work closely with HQ HR and senior leadership to define position requirements, create job descriptions, and innovate the recruiting and hiring process
  • Promote and manage our presence on Facebook and be the face of the company for the first interviews.
  • Manage relationships with External agencies
  • Control the Hiring budget working closely with Finance Department.
  • Assisting HR Manager and involved in the overall establishment of HR system for a Vietnamese corporation.
Role requirements:
  • +5 Years of practical experience in HR management area (recruitment/evaluation/compensation/discipline, etc.)
  • +3 Years of tech recruiting experience.
  • University Degree in HR, Business, or other relevant fields.
  • Proven track record as a Talent Acquisition specialist, in-house or through an agency in the IT industry.
  • Excellent interviewing skills, written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • High proficiency in Korean/English (both verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills for cross-cultural communication.
  • Adaptable, flexible and solution-oriented mentality
  • Strategic and critical thinking with positive attitudes
  • Learning agility – deal effectively with complexity and apply learnings to new contexts
