Job summary

A global pharmaceutical organization is seeking an APAC HR Services Projects Lead in Singapore. This role involves developing an HR Services catalogue aligned with global standards, driving HR Services change management, and collaborating across APAC markets. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR delivery and transformation, ideally with experience in Greater China and fluency in Mandarin. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to exciting global projects and HR transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Frazer Jones are privileged to be retained by one of the largest and most reputable global pharmaceutical organizations. They are looking to appoint an APAC HR Services Projects Lead to be based in Singapore. This is an Individual Contributor role.

Reporting to the Head of HR Services for APAC based in regional HQ, the individual will develop and maintain the HR Services catalogue end-to-end ensuring the APAC HR Services strategy and framework is aligned with global standards and regional requirements. This role will be responsible for championing a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement within HR Services, influencing at all levels of the organization in a complex matrix environment. This individual will interact with key stakeholders across regional business lines and markets, to do an end-to-end strategic review, establishing clear APAC SLAs, Scorecards and identifying ongoing enhancement work.

This role plays a critical part in driving ongoing HR Services change management embedding new practices within the HR Service Delivery model across the organization. There are exciting global projects on the horizon with APAC being key to the groups’ HR services and HR transformation success globally.

This individual must come with strong knowledge of HR services delivery, HR transformation, HR operations oversight, compliance and best practice. This individual should ideally come with significant experience working across multiple geographies within the APAC region, especially Greater China, and fluency in Mandarin, given the need to collaborate closely with regional stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.
