Are you passionate about people and processes? We’re looking for an HR People Services Executive to be the backbone of our HR operations. In this role, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and beyond—ensuring every step aligns with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

What You’ll Do
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source top talent, conduct interviews, prepare offers, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle employment letters, work pass renewals, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll updates, annual increments, and headcount reporting.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Complete government surveys, update insurance providers, and ensure HR processes meet regulations.
  • HR Systems & Process Improvements: Maintain HR systems (ESS, SAP HRP, SuccessFactors), troubleshoot issues, and drive process enhancements.
  • Employee Support: Act as the go-to person for HR queries, grievances, and system access.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification: IHRP-related certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in an HR Generalist role with hands‑on exposure to recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and local labor regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • IT savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions like Vlookup, pivot table and other formulas.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools like Microsoft List, Co‑pilot, PowerBI etc. to improve work efficiencies will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
