• Take charge of all jobs advertisement posting
• Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA)
• Arrangement and briefing of LOA to new joiners
• Creation and Maintaining of Employees’ P files
• Update recruitment status and related reports regularly
• Involve in Recruitment Fair from time to time
• And other task assigned
