Qualifications

• Experience in HR/Payroll administrative role.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s payroll, CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
• Basic understanding of HR practices and employment law in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end employee administration including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, such as job postings and interview scheduling.
• Maintain HR databases and employee records in compliance with guidelines.
• Support performance reviews and staff training coordination.
• Stay updated on changes in labour regulations to ensure compliance.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries.
• Support payroll computation and CPF/MOM submissions.
