Job summary

A well-established multinational financial institution is seeking an HR Operations Specialist on a 6-month contract to support its HR operations in Singapore. Key responsibilities include managing HR duties such as contracts, payroll, and employee records. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This office-based role offers a competitive salary starting from S$4,500.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage employment contracts, benefits administration, and payroll.

Our client is an Established Multinational Financial Institution with a Global Presence in Singapore and is hiring an HR Operations Specialist (6-month contract) to support its expanding HR operations function.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing a full range of HR operations duties and support, including managing employment contracts, benefits administration, payroll, and others
  • Maintaining Employee's records, data, and information
  • Leading successful pre-boarding, on-boarding, and off-boarding
  • Liaising and coordinating with external parties, such as Payroll Service Providers, Headhunters, and HR consultancy firms
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects, as needed
  • Keeping abreast of various employment laws, and HR market trends and making recommendations to ensure market competitiveness and compliance
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Any Field
  • Min. 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and require little instruction on the day-to-day work
  • Proven track record of operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Other information
  • Location: Central
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours
  • Basic Salary: S$4,500 & Above
