Job summary

A leading manpower services company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to provide operational and administrative support across recruitment and HR functions. You will coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and manage HR reporting. The ideal candidate should have significant HR experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a 12-month contract with a working schedule of 42 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HR and/or administrative support.
  • Assistant Manager: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Senior Executive: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Support onboarding, appointments, benefits, leave, and exit processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and submissions in accordance with SOPs.
