A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Operations Advisor to provide strategic support for internal HR processes. You will work closely with management and employees, enhancing the employee experience through effective lifecycle management and policy implementation. Ideal candidates should have over 4 years of experience in HR operations and a strong aptitude for data analysis. This role offers opportunities for leadership for qualified candidates.
4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a HR Shared Services environment.
Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced environment.
A demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action and a passion for improving processes and the employee experience.
Prior experience in transactional payroll is useful knowledge.
Proven work on process optimization will be an added advantage.
Experienced candidate in the right competencies could be offered a Lead role.

Act as a trusted HR advisor to BU Heads and employees, providing coaching on the full employee lifecycle from performance management to employee relations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering support on HR policies, benefits, and systems to enhance the employee experience.
Own employee’s lifecycle process of performance management, policy implementation, HR analytics & report, HR/Payroll systems and recruitment.
Understanding hiring right by partnering closely with hiring managers to secure the right hires for business needs.
Champion data integrity by managing all HRIS transactions and audits, leveraging people analytics to generate actionable business insights.
Partner with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance) and external vendors to execute core processes including Insurance renewals etc.
Lead the internship management and campus hire.
