Job summary

A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore seeks an HR professional to support the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, facilitating interviews, and attending employer branding events. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in HRM and 1-2 years of relevant experience, especially in logistics or manufacturing. Job description
What the role involves:
  1. Support on end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, attending and facilitating interviews for/with the hiring managers and the candidates, letter of appointment preparation, employment offer and negotiation of salary package.
  2. Support on sourcing methods and recruitment activities to identify the right candidates for the organization.
  3. Support in the maintaining strong partnership with recruitment agencies/search firms, institutions and various government agencies.
  4. In-charge and participate in Employer Branding activities including career fairs, outreach program/activities organized by institutions, government agencies, federations etc.
  5. Administer the Internship and Employee Referral Program.
  6. Administer the on-boarding process including preparation of appointment letter, contract signing, first day onboarding briefing and personal files/filing.
  7. PIC for Work Pass application and renewal
  8. PIC for company’s expat tenancy
  9. Prepare Recruitment tracking, Recruitment analysis and Foreign Worker Dependency Ratio reports in Excel and PowerPoint for Management reporting.
  10. Support and participate in other HR initiatives from planning to implementation.
  11. Support ad-hoc administrative assignment where necessary
Requirements:
  • Diploma in HRM or equivalent will have an advantage
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferably from Logistics/Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing industries
  • IT Savvy and competent in using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and Power Automate
  • Excellent written and spoken communication for the role of company brand Ambassador
  • Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding and employee engagement
  • Understands current recruitment channels
  • Good change management and continuous learning attitude
  • Mature and positive with good interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to details
