Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

  • Perform the full spectrum of HR and administrative duties, including supporting accounting tasks when required.
  • Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and all related MOM matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, administer leave, support recruitment processes, and prepare employment contracts and letters.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing and prepare payroll-related reports for finance.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage general office and pantry supplies, including monitoring related expenses.
  • Attend to employee enquiries and provide basic discipline counselling when necessary.
  • Organise company events, staff engagement activities, and wellbeing programmes.
  • Support marketing tasks such as basic content creation, producing simple videos, liaising with vendors, assisting with social media postings, and coordinating marketing materials.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc HR, administrative, and marketing duties or projects as assigned by management or supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of HR & Admin–related working experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act, HR policies, and relevant regulations.
  • Attentive to details with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, and willing to take on new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Creative and adaptable, with the ability to brainstorm ideas for marketing content and campaigns.
  • Basic skills in content creation, including simple video shooting, editing, and producing short‑form videos (e.g., Reels / TikTok).
  • Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable assisting with visual or marketing‑related tasks when needed.
