Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all functions, from job scoping to offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidates, benchmark compensation, and structure competitive offers.
  • Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company culture and operations.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through active engagement with universities, recruiters, and industry networks.
Talent Development & Engagement
  • Design and implement quarterly learning, development, and wellness programs tailored to a creative, high-performing team.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans to enhance morale and retention.
  • Partner with leadership on succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Champion a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company's core values - Seek, Empower, Impact.
HR Operations & Strategy
  • Oversee all HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, CPF requirements, PDPA, and the Fair Consideration Framework.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and career progression.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, training hours, and cost-per-hire) to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR or recruitment experience, ideally within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational responsibilities.
  • Well verse in Singapore employment laws and HR compliance practices.
