Job Description
- Support the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures within the organisation.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle employee queries and provide advice on HR-related matters.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills.
- Support performance management initiatives and appraisals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver HR projects effectively.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in matrixed MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
- Experience working in an unionised environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
