HR Manager & Executive Assistant to Director/Management
As the incumbent in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various key functions within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will be divided into the following categories:Human Resources Management:You will be entrusted with managing the end-to-end HR functions, which include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with Indian labor laws such as Labour Laws, POSH, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations. Maintaining accurate employee records and submitting compliance-related documentation in a timely manner will also fall under your purview. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organizational goals. Additionally, handling grievances and fostering a positive work environment will be essential aspects of your role.Executive Assistance to Director:In this capacity, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will be required to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed by the Director. Assisting in strategic planning and ensuring follow-up on key action items will also be part of your duties.Compliance and Reporting:You will be responsible for ensuring timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. This will involve preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to HR and compliance activities. It will be imperative for you to stay abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.Administrative Support:Your role will also encompass coordinating and managing office operations and administrative tasks. You will extend support in organizing meetings, events, and training programs to facilitate the smooth functioning of the office environment.Key Skills:To excel in this position, you should possess a strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities will be essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrating the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information will be critical to your success in this role.Preferred Qualifications:While not mandatory, proven experience in HR management and executive support will be advantageous. A certification in HR compliance or labor laws will be considered an added advantage. The ability to work independently and take initiative will also be valued in this role.This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ideal candidate should have a total of 3 years of work experience.
