Job description

Responsible for providing full spectrum of HR leadership to Kiosks Collective and its companies. He/she provide advice to management and leads the HR team covering the full range of HR disciplines, including by not limited to, compliance, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning

Principal Accountabilities

In addition to following Kiosk Collective policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

HR

· Advise business leaders and stakeholder on HR matters

· Review and develop HR policies and strategies, referencing local and global HR trends and best practices, to create a fair, positive and efficient culture that meet business needs.

· Review HR process to ensure legislated/regulated controls are in place to prevent regulatory breaches

· Advise on labour policies, employment legislation, and their applications to business leaders and managers to facilitate understanding of compliance requirements

· Liaise with business leaders to develop hiring standards for recruitment

· Promote principles of fair and unbiased employment selection practices to hiring managers and business leaders

· Guide hiring managers in selection of candidates with right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes.

· Prioritize recruitment needs across the organization based on criticality to business

· Develop onboarding strategies to enhance retention of new hires

· Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for better employee retention

· Collaborate with business leaders and managers on learning and development strategies to meet business requirements

· Guild business leaders and manager to cascade performance goals through an effective performance development review system

· Partner with business leaders and manager to executive performance management process

· Partner with business leaders to champion employee engagement programmes

· Collaborate with business leaders to foster an inclusive employment culture

· Review employee data handling practices and process to ensure compliance with employee data protection policy and ethical guidelines to ensure privacy and confidential of employee data

· Employ negotiation and conflict management skills to achieved desired outcome

· Understand organizational and individual challenges, help business leaders and managers to define problem and identify root cause of these people related issues

· Provide resources to advise business leaders and managers to determine the appropriate course of action in people related matters

· Lead HR transformation programmes, incorporating changes in strategy, structure, people, process and systems, to achieve HR technology and operational excellence.

· Align organization’s compensation management policies and practices to organization needs.

· Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

· Translate compensation management strategy into salary gride, grade structures, and compensation programmes that would incentivize workforce based on the role expectations.

· Design benefits package that meets employees’ profiles and organization’s budget

· Develop strategic talent management framework to identify talent profile, develop key talent and retain the right talent to meet current and future organization needs.

· Develop employee engagement strategy, approach and measurement tool to identify key employee engagement drivers

· Monitor turnover rate of new joiners to identify key reasons of leaving in order to continuously improve the way the organization align expectations of the organization and future new joiners.

· Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

· Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

· Establish new and maintain partnership with government agencies such as e2i, WSG, Enterprise Singapore and etc.

· Manage payroll process with Group Payroll to ensure accuracy and timely monthly payout.

Others

· Liaise with building management on office, warehouse matters such as power shutdown and fire drill.

· Manage cleaning services with external cleaning company

· Oversee facility management matters such as door access, work-desk, chairs and etc.

· Incharge of IT inventory and setting of laptop for new joiner, replacement of faulty laptop
