Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and monitor workplace satisfaction.
  • Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as needed.Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Lead HR projects, such as culture initiatives, organizational restructuring, and change management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, water treatment, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
