We are a fast-growing logistics company powering e-commerce with end-to-end supply chain solutions — from warehousing and sorting to packing and delivery. Our operations span two major warehouses in Singapore (100,000+ sq ft, 5,000 orders daily) and an expanding network across Asia, Europe, and the US, including upcoming sites in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, the UK, Germany, and the US. With a focus on cross-border warehousing, automation, and service innovation, we support diverse clients and fast-changing markets while building a truly global logistics platform.

Location: joo koon. plans to move to new office at MBFC downtown in November

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Structure & Workforce Planning

    Develop and implement an effective organizational structure and manpower plan.

    Define clear roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines to optimize efficiency. Complete team building from “0” to ”1”.

  2. Policies & Compliance

    Draft, refine, and implement company policies and procedures in compliance with Singapore’s labour laws and MOM regulations.

    Oversee employee relations and ensure a fair and transparent work environment.

  3. Compensation & Benefits

    Design and review salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.

    Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive remuneration practices.

  4. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

    Lead recruitment campaigns, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.

    Develop onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

  5. Training and Management

    Plan and manage staff training programs, career development, and succession planning. Partner closely with senior management to provide strategic HR insights and workforce planning.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in an SME or logistics/supply chain environment or hands-on experience building teams and setting up systems
  • High execution power: organized, meticulous, and able to deliver results under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proven experience managing payroll and compliance independently.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin required to deal with overseas Mandarin-speaking counterparties
  • System and culture builder, resilient and resourceful

Salary & Benefits (include only if needed or required)

  • Analyst Level: SGD 3,000 – 3,500 (for high-potential candidates looking to grow into HR leadership roles).
  • Manager Level: ~SGD 5,000 (for experienced HR generalists ready to lead HR operations end-to-end).
  • Strategic/Director Level: SGD 8,000 – 10,000 (for senior professionals with proven track record in building and scaling HR teams).
  • Performance-based increments and clear career progression opportunities as the company expands regionally.
