Job summary

A human resources firm based in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Manager to drive a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and compliance with MOM requirements. Candidates should possess at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry, with strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Bilingualism in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in HR.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is a must.
  • Knowledge of MOM compliance and HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HR functions including recruitment and payroll management.
  • Establish and review HR policies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage HR budget in collaboration with Operations Director.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the full spectrum of HR functions includingrecruitment, on-boarding & inductionpayroll managementcompensation and benefitsstaff welfaredisciplinary and grievance handling andperformance management
  • Establish and review HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with company’s strategic direction
  • Streamline all HR processes and practices and ensure systems are in place and implemented
  • Engage with employees to understand their sentiments
  • Responsible to work with Operations Director to manage HR budget including manpower planning and headcount
  • Ensure HR guidelines support business demands
  • Ensure HR practices comply with MOM requirements
  • Keep abreast of new policies and requirements by MOM
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in HR Management or its equivalent
  • Experience in F&B Industry
  • At least 7 years relevant work experience
  • Effective communication and written skills
  • Systematic and process driven
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels
  • A hands‑on and results-oriented person
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese)
