Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and agenda in support of the Organisation's business plans and objectives
  • Deliver best HR practices from attraction to retention and to build and sustain excellent employee experience and culture within the Organisation
  • Build and formulate HR policies, processes and programs, in tandem with business growth, in the areas of organisational development, performance management, training and development, talent management and change management for Singapore and regional offices
  • Partner with business leaders to provide thought leadership and advisory; to drive and influence improvements and changes to achieve HR strategies

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in HR, with proven results as a strong business partner. Experience in an engineering / technical industry would be advantageous.
  • Experience in driving and managing regional HR operational functions in a high growth and fast paced environment. Experience in a start-up would be advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and an analytical mind to drive organisational strategies and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to persuasively influence culture
