Job summary

A boutique recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to support their growth. You will manage the full spectrum of human resource activities, including payroll processing, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry. This role offers an opportunity to implement HR strategies and ensure compliance with local regulations.

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a HR Generalist who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties:

  • In charge of full spectrum of human resource activities
  • Responsible for preparing and processing full payroll cycle (Outsourcing)
  • Perform internal talent acquisition and other recruitment related duties
  • Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
  • Maintain continuous employee engagement & employee relationship to ensure alignment of company policy and expectations
  • Design and create learning resources, training materials and e-contents
  • Ensure the organisation in complying with local relevant regulations
  • Strategize and implement Human resource strategies
  • Handle general administrative duties
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in relevant discipline
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Staffing / Recruitment industry will be added advantage
