Responsibilities

• Administer staff on-boarding and off-boarding with local management.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
• Ensure employees' details are maintained accurately.
• Support Branch's training initiatives.
• Plan and execute engagement activities for the branch.
• Assist in general HR Operational Support.
• Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required.
• Seek ways to enhance efficiency of HR operations.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by Manager.
