Location: Singapore – North Area (near Springleaf MRT)
Salary Range: $2,500–$3,500 per month
Position Type: Full-Time Permanent Position

We are a growing healthcare company with a close-knit team of 8–10 employees, dedicated to providing professional, patient‑centred medical services. We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Executive to support our daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across HR, finance, and administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR administrative duties, including recruitment, onboarding, MOM applications and maintaining employee files and leave records
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions/reports and staff claims
  • Handle basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable
  • Manage monthly closing and prepare financial reports (e.g., Profit & Loss statements)
  • Maintain accurate data entries in accounting software (Xero) to support reconciliation, IRAS/GST submissions, and fiscal year‑end closing
  • Support invoice processing and data entry for finance transactions
  • Prepare payment schedules and liaise with external vendors and partners for billing or finance‑related matters
  • Oversee general administrative tasks and office management
  • Providing secretarial support to Company’s directors
  • Support clinic staff with government and corporate insurance claim submissions
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Accountancy, or related fields
  • Additional certifications in HR, accounting, or office administration are an advantage
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Xero and/or HR softwares
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of written and spoken language
Work Arrangement
  • Full-time, Mondays to Fridays (8:00am–5:00pm)
  • Hybrid schedule: Combination of in‑office days and work‑from‑home days
