HR Executive/Snr Exectuive (Full-time)
Job Responsibilities Include💼:
- Daily checking of employee attendance & missing data in infotech HR system (liaise with principals)
- Prepare Employment Contracts and letters
- Application of claims (Maternity, Childcare, Levy waiver, etc)
- Create and update employee record
- E-filling of employee records
- Preparing mails/files for campus delivery
- Work pass applications when assistance required
- Renewal of passes and medical check up when assistance required
- Generating Reports for management review
- Prepare employment contracts & letters
- Arranging interviews from time to time
- Assist in recruitment & posting
- Assist with Principal and employee enquirees
- Timely update of insurance listing
- Monitor and follow up on required policy acknowledgment
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements🎓:
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to converse and read Mandarin as we have chinese teachers/employees who is not able to speak english (Support HR collegues who need help with translation)
- Able to start on short notice
- Team player with a can do attitude!
Working hours: 9 am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) *Required to be in office*
