Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and be capable of high-volume hiring, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include screening candidates, liaising with staffing agencies, and preparing recruitment reports.

• Implement hiring strategies via job portals, agencies, and events.
• Set recruitment targets and timelines to meet business needs.
• Screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• Liaise with staffing agencies and coordinate interview processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide retention feedback.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experienced in handling high-volume hiring.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database systems; SAP is an added advantage.
• Experience in non-executive recruitment is a plus.
