Job summary

A reputable HR consultancy in Singapore seeks a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include handling compensation matters, preparing HR reports, and maintaining payroll records. Candidates proficient in Excel and with experience using Timesoftware are preferred. Job description

  • Ensure statutory compliance, including IR21 submissions and payroll-related regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, and handle employee queries on payroll, benefits, and taxes.
  • Prepare HR reports, perform data analysis using Excel, and assist with audits and management reporting.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits functions
  • Experience with Timesoftware is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytical tasks
  • Solid understanding of employment regulations and CPF guidelines in Singapore
