Job Description
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and timely using Frontier Payroll software

  • Administer employee benefits including health insurance, medical claim, and leave entitlements

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements

  • Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR21) and government surveys

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, leave, and benefits with professionalism and care

  • Maintain up-to-date payroll data and accurate employee records

  • Generate and analyze payroll reports for the management

  • Support audits and reconciliations related to payroll and statutory submissions

  • Collaborate with HR team on total rewards and employee wellbeing initiatives

Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field

  • At least 3 years' experience in payroll processing and benefits administration

  • Hands-on experience with Frontier Payroll software (strongly preferred)

  • Sound knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, CPF, and tax requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • High standards of integrity and confidentiality
