Roles & Responsibilities

Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Executive (Generalist) who can handle all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
  • Commission calculation, payroll
  • Full-cycle employee lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding, including and not limited to:
    • Onboarding, offboarding
    • Job Postings
    • All work pass processes (WP/SP/EP/LOC/PLOC)
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Manage Company handbook, policies, compensation and benefits, employees’ career progress structure
  • Apply for grants
  • Be a main point of contact for staff, respond to them on time. Be a mediator between Company and staff, communicate and keep Company updated on all staff matters
  • Work as a Team Member by sharing timely information to ensure smooth HR processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee’s data both online and offline
  • Manage mail documents
  • Leave, attendance, maternity leave, NS leave etc
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to HR processes and policies
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
