The HR Executive supports the full spectrum of Human Resources, Payroll, and Administrative tasks across multiple business entities. This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance management, and general office administration while providing cross-departmental support to maintain efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and work pass applications.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding formalities, medical check-ups, and issuance of appointment letters.
- Coordinate with IT for employee equipment and account setup.
Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in payroll processing and payments in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file CPF, tax, and IR documents (IR21, IR8A, etc.).
- Manage salary benchmarking, employee advances, and grievance-related data collection.
HR Systems & Records
- Maintain and update employee records in Info-Tech HR system.
- Process government-related claims (maternity, childcare, NSmen, etc.).
- Support employees with system-related issues and annual grant documentation.
Compliance & Audit
- Manage purchase and renewal of WICA, FWMI, fire, and public liability insurance.
- Prepare HR-related audit documentation and conduct necessary checks for foreign workers.
HR Administration
- Generate reports (OT, medical claims), draft policies, and manage HR communications.
- Maintain organization charts, contact lists, and coordinate company surveys.
- Oversee name cards, uniforms, and other employee-related materials.
General Administration & Support
- Support operations, fleet, procurement, and IT teams with administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, equipment purchases, and vendor coordination.
- Assist with tenancy matters, fire drills, and external association communications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 2–3 years of HR generalist or administrative experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations
- Proficient in HRIS (Info-Tech preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
