Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Employee Relations at Commit Learning SchoolHouse Pte Ltd, located in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring overall HR management. This role involves addressing employee concerns, handling disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • In charge of replying to emails for enquiries
  • Work with leaders to ensure the proper management of staff
  • Engage in discussions with staff regarding grievances, resignations and any other disciplinary issues
  • Be involved in employee lifecycle management from increments, promotions, transfer and any other materials.
