We are partnered with a global leader in medical industry in search for a HR Director to support the Organisational Development & Change Management.

Responsibility :

We are looking for a visionary and experienced HR Director to spearhead our Change Management, Organizational Development (OD), Merger & Acquisition (M&A), and Leadership Development efforts. This pivotal role will be responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that support transformation, enhance organizational agility, and build future-ready leadership capabilities.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, the incumbent will work closely with senior management to shape culture, facilitate large-scale change initiatives, and drive employee engagement and performance through targeted OD programs.

The Talent :
  • Minimum 8 years of demonstrated leadership in driving organizational transformation, talent initiatives, and post-merger integration efforts across multi-cultural settings.
  • Strong ability to work across cultures and geographies, partnering with senior leaders to navigate complex change in a diverse, multinational context.
  • Recognized degree in a relevant field such as Business, Psychology, or Human Resources, with a strong foundation in people strategy and development.
  • Proven success in designing and rolling out programs that improve team effectiveness, leadership capability, and long-term organizational health.
  • Open to regional and international travel (approx. 20%), including occasional flexibility for travel outside standard business hours.
