A leading infrastructure investment firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Director to lead the human capital strategy. This senior role involves working closely with the leadership team and driving value creation through effective HR practices. The HR Director will lead the Fund’s overall human capital strategy, working closely with the leadership team and portfolio executives. This individual will be responsible for setting the people agenda across the Fund, designing best-in-class HR frameworks, and ensuring alignment of talent, culture, and governance with investment objectives. The ideal candidate is a senior HR leader with experience in private equity, infrastructure funds, or financial services, who can balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution.
