Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee strategic planning and execution of hiring processes. The ideal candidate will lead recruitment teams, manage high-level roles, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support the Recruitment Director in the strategic planning and execution of the recruitment function.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise recruitment teams to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality hiring.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-level or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports and analysis.
  • Implement and maintain recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
  • Represent the recruitment function in cross-functional HR projects and strategic planning sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role within a recruitment or HR team
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices
