In this role, you will partner closely with regional business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse portfolio. You will manage end‑to‑end HR business partnering activities, including workforce planning, budgeting, cost centre management, and people‑related analytics. The role also requires you to drive and execute global HR initiatives at the regional level, ensuring seamless implementation and strong change adoption. You will navigate complex stakeholder groups, offering sound guidance on people strategies while enabling leaders to make informed, data‑driven decisions.
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in HR with at least 8 years of HR experience and strong stakeholder management skills. You are commercially sharp, with a solid grasp of budgeting, financial processes, and cost controls. Your analytical mindset allows you to translate data into meaningful insights that support business objectives. You are organised, forward‑thinking and able to drive structured plans while remaining agile to shifting priorities. Above all, you demonstrate maturity, discretion, and the ability to influence senior leaders effectively.
