  • Prepare and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and administrative tasks related to learning and development initiatives.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.
  • Collaborate on budgeting activities and management of HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with PDPA-related updates and documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Provide backup for routine HR functions to ensure operational continuity.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors for office maintenance and support.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, including timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate the servicing of office equipment and safety resources.
  • Offer administrative assistance for HR projects, including documentation and scheduling.
  • Support procurement activities by requesting quotations and coordinating vendor arrangements.
  • Update and create content for the company’s internal SharePoint intranet.
  • Participate in additional duties as assigned to support HR and workplace operations.
