Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare activities. You will manage work pass matters, maintain training certifications, and handle HR administration through the Workday system. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Business or HR and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential. • Assist with recruitment exercise, onboarding activities.
• Manage foreign employee work pass related matters.
• Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators.
• Support and coordinate HR welfare activities.
• Manage employees Leave & files in Workday system.
• Reporting HR administrative such as maintaining files.
