Job summary

A reputable food service provider in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Officer to manage payroll, claims, and the entire employment cycle. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR experience, particularly in the F&B industry, and is conversant with statutory regulations. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is necessary for liaising with clients. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or similar capacity.
  • Conversant with MOM, CPF, and IRAS regulations.
  • Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in keying timesheets for payroll.
  • Submission of various claims.
  • Manage interview arrangements.
  • Support the full employment cycle.
  • File exit clearance (IR21).
  • Conduct annual income tax filings.
  • Update manpower weekly.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee files.
  • Administer work passes.
  • Identify training needs.
  • Handle insurance renewals and claims.

Responsibilities


  • Assist in keying timesheets for payroll

  • Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)

  • Interview arrangements

  • Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)

  • File exit clearance (IR21)

  • Annual filing of income tax

  • Weekly manpower update

  • Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files

  • Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)

  • Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments

  • Insurance policy renewals and claims submission

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management


Requirements


  • Min. Diploma

  • Min. 2 years of working experience in similar capacity

  • Conversant with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other statutory boards regulations

  • Preferably someone who have HR experience working under F&B industry before

  • Able to speak in English and Chinese (as need to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients)
