About the role

Precious Homes is seeking an experienced HR Assistant/Executive to join our team. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our growing organisation. As an HR professional, you will contribute to the success of our business through your expertise in all aspects of human resources management.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including onboarding of new hires, contract renewal, and offboarding
  2. Maintaining accurate employee records in HR system, including personnel file
  3. Providing advice and guidance to department managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  4. Administering work passes application, renewal, and cancellations
  5. Performing administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
  6. Overseeing and stock‑taking of company uniforms
  7. Processing payroll and claims administration
  8. Assisting with compliance, reporting, and other ad‑hoc HR‑related tasks as required
What we're looking for
  1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably with experience in administering work passes
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  5. Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Able to work on‑site in Bukit Merah area
