Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to support various administrative tasks including recruitment processes and maintaining staff directories. The ideal candidate has prior experience in HR administration and strong organisational skills. This is a 1-year contract position with a focus on supporting Learning & Development activities and other HR assignments.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in HR administration or recruitment.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes is an advantage.

Job Description

  • Draft weekly HR announcements, update the Staff Directory, and maintain tracking lists regularly.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders (POs) through GeBIZ.
  • Provide administrative support for in-house workshops, including invitations, attendance tracking, room bookings, catering, and logistics setup.
  • Support Learning & Development matters by updating databases (e.g., STIP, Gig participation) and assisting with other administrative tasks such as preparing AORs and refreshments for engagement sessions.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in HR administration, recruitment support, or office operations.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail in scheduling and documentation.
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ, invoicing processes, or procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while supporting L&D activities and ad-hoc HR assignments.
