Job description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and issue employment contracts.
• Handle staff lifecycle: Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and conduct exit interviews.
• Administer HR records: Maintain accurate staff records in the HR system and manage personnel files (P-Files).
• Oversee all employee passes & permits: Apply for, renew, issue, and terminate all required passes, including Work Passes, Staff Passes, and specialized access passes (e.g., Changi Airport Pass, Jurong Island).
• Ensure compliance: Track pass expiry dates and process timely cancellations/returns upon termination.
• Provide administrative support: Assist with event planning and provide team coverage as required.
