Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support faculty recruitment processes. The role involves datamining candidates, liaising with HR, providing end-to-end support on recruitment and faculty appointments, and maintaining necessary documentation. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration, have 2-3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities
  • Datamining and profiling of potential international candidates; create database for easy references.
  • Liaise with School’s HR and Shared Services team to advance Faculty appointment, re-appointment,promotion and tenureand related processes and ensure smooth execution of administrative process.
  • Provide end to end support on faculty recruitment such as (but not limited to) interview / meeting scheduling, travel arrangement, campus visit and claims
  • Support preparation of faculty dossier in appointment, re-appointment, promotion for Committee’s review and to ensuretimelysubmission of documentation and compliance withUniversitypolicies.
  • Support annual faculty appraisal exercise to ensure adherence to timelines and processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records andassistin the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communication materials
  • Perform any otherfaculty-relatedduties as assigned to support the team’s and school’sobjectives.
  • Serve as key support to school management for faculty recruitment-related publicity materials.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of relevant experiences
