Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an HR & Admin Executive to ensure smooth operations in HR and administrative functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employee engagement programs. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in HR or related fields and 2-3 years of experience in HR and administration. Strong knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. This role offers competitive salary and working hours from 9am to 5.30pm, 5 days a week.

HR & Admin Executive

5 days, 9am-5.30pm

Salary: $3500-$3800

Job Purpose

The HR & Admin Executive plays a key role in supporting both Human Resource and Administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, performance appraisal, and exit clearance.
  • Draft and manage job descriptions, advertisements, and interview arrangements.
  • Prepare HR-related documents: appointment, resignation, transfer, confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment and disciplinary letters.
  • Support corporate & local learning & development initiatives and career progression programs.
  • Handle the administration of employee's benefits such as annual and medical leaves, and staff claims etc.
  • Responsible for statutory payments of CPF, foreign worker levy, IR8A & IR21.
  • Responsible for the submissions of government claims such as paid childcare leave, maternity leave and levy waiver etc.
Administration
  • Handles full spectrum of general office administration including procurement of supplies, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle staff welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
  • Support corporate governance and finance-related administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
