Job summary

A seafood processing company in Singapore is seeking an organised HR & Admin Executive to handle recruitment, payroll, and office operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of HR/Admin experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of employment laws. This role requires a proactive approach to maintain employee relations and support a positive workplace culture. Singaporean/SPR applicants only.

HR & Admin Executive

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team. This role covers the full spectrum of HR and administrative duties, from recruitment to payroll, employee relations, office operations, and change management.

Work Location : 15 Jalan Tepong, Jurong Food Hub

Work Days / hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, manage confirmation / offboarding, and support performance reviews.
  • Process payroll data, CPF, benefits, claims, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and levy waiver submissions.
  • Organise staff engagement activities, training programmes, and company events.
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, vendors, and general admin support.
  • Assist in HR policy updates, SOPs and change management initiatives.
  • Support employees with HR enquiries and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in HR or Business preferred.
  • 2–5 years of HR / Admin experience (SME experience is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and MOM processes.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; tech-savvy and open to learning new systems.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
