The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related discipline and at least 2 years of HR experience. Roles & Responsibilities

Location: Toa Payoh

Salary: Up to $3500 (Basic) + VB

Working Hours:

8:30am – 6:00pm (Mon – Thurs)

8:30am – 5:30pm (Fri)

Job Description

• Manage daily HR operations, HR policies, and the HR system, ensuring everything follows local laws
• Support employees by handling counselling, issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, work pass matters, onboarding, and off‑boarding
• Handle monthly payroll accurately and submit all required reports to CPF, IRAS, MOM, etc.
• Coordinate training programs, staff development plans, and manage related government grants
• Work with managers to support staffing needs and guide them on HR processes and legislation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
