Job summary

A local Human Resources firm in Singapore seeks an HR Executive to handle the recruitment processes, manage work passes, and maintain payroll. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in various staff levels. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
  • Well-versed in Employment Act and Employment Contract.
  • Good experience in recruitment of rank and file as well as executive staff.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Prepare and conduct new employee induction program.
  • Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Monthly payroll & CPF processing.
  • Employees' tax filing and clearance.
  • Maintain and update employee's personal files.

Job responsibilities


  • Handle therecruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process

  • Prepare and conductnew employee induction program

  • Manage work passesapplication, renewal and cancellation

  • Monthly payroll& CPF processing (including payroll journal breakdown to Finance Team)

  • Employees’ taxfiling / clearance

  • Leave systemmaintenance

  • Daily checking onstaff clocking system & update Attendance Report

  • Maintain and updateemployee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.

  • Support andadminister in performance management and appraisal

  • Review compensationand benefit practices, collect data and do analysis

  • Liaise withGovernment agencies on Statistic Survey, relevant funding, applications andclaims

  • Monitor corporateinsurance including liaise Insurance brokers on policy renewal, medical andhospitalization claims.

  • Clerical / Officeadministrative

  • Any otherappropriate duties as assigned


Requirement


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor'sDegree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Managementor equivalent.

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience inrecruitment is required for this position.

  • Well versed in Employment Act and EmploymentContract

  • Good experience in recruitment of rank and file aswell as executive staff

  • Required Skill(s): Knowledge of Employment Act,Experience with Work Passes, Payroll, recruitment, Training & Development,HRIS, iReport, Handling Foreign Workers

  • Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resourcesor equivalent.
