Qualifications

• Min. three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HR duties covering recruitment and staff administration.
• Coordinate leave applications and training programs.
• Update administrative data in production and purchasing systems.
• Manage staff requisitions and uniforms.
• Assist Safety Officer as required.
• Ensure accurate HR documentation recording.
• Proactively coordinate with HR team and other departments.
• Develop continuous HR improvements.
• Provide secretarial support to staff and management.

Skills

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office & Excel)

Proficient in payroll systems

Knowledge of HR local compliance & regulation

Good mind-set and can-do attitude

Good knowledge in HR local compliance & Regulation

Education

ITE graduate in Human Resource or relevant field
