Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin Assistant for a 6-month contract role that may convert to a permanent position. The candidate will be responsible for verifying attendance, managing overtime claims, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies. A diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is preferred along with experience in attendance verification. This role offers a salary of $2500 - $3000 per month and operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Job description
HR Admin Assistant (6 months contract role, potentially converted to Permanent Role)

5 days, Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm Salary: $2500 - $3000 Location: Clementi

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Verify daily biometric attendance record.
  • Cross check overtime claims with actual attendance, the approved overtime (O.T.) projection list and CCTV footage.
  • Maintain organized records of attendance and O.T. verification for audit and payroll processing.
  • Monitor staff work behaviour and compliance with workplace policies via CCTV surveillance.
  • Identify discrepancies, raise queries and investigate irregular patterns or potential violations in attendance and overtime records.
  • Generate and analyse timely and accurate reporting.
  • Support investigations related to attendance, time theft and/or misconduct.
  • Report inconsistencies/violations to the Assistant Manager – HR and Senior Manager – HR for further discussion before escalating to senior management as needed.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignment as required from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in attendance verification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and CCTV monitoring tools will be an added advantage.
