- Schedule training sessions and track participation
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness
- Administrative Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
- Document Handling
- Draft and format letters, memos, and reports
- File and retrieve documents as needed
- Meeting & Travel Coordination
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
- Arrange travel bookings and accommodations
- Reception Duties
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
