  • Assist in posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Prepare onboarding documents and welcome kits
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and exit procedures
  • Employee Records Management
  • Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
  • Attendance & Leave Tracking
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave applications
  • Update HR systems with leave balances and approvals
  • HR Policy Communication
  • Help disseminate HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and payroll
  • Training & Development Support
  • Schedule training sessions and track participation
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness
