Responsibilities

• Set housekeeping work standards and procedures.
• Supervise, train, and guide housekeeping team members.
• Conduct training and demonstrate equipment use and procedures.
• Inspect apartments for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Follow up on maintenance issues and special attention for VIP apartments.
• Update Front Office on room readiness.
• Investigate and resolve housekeeping complaints.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and team meetings.
• Prevent misuse of linen/equipment and report damages.
• Perform cleaning if required.
• Attend meetings and support company policies.
