If you’ve worked in hospitality, hotel operations, or housekeeping management, we’d love to hear from you! Your experience in creating smooth and seamless operations will be highly valued in this role.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing household staff , ensuring the home runs efficiently, and supporting the Principal with personal assistant duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards while meeting the expectations of a discerning and dynamic household.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage household staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate schedules and activities for the family.
  • Provide personal assistant support to the Principal, including managing correspondence, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism within the household.
  • Address any household-related issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role managing household matters, preferably with prior experience in supporting senior executives in high-pressure environments or international law firms.
